Goals

I hope to lose another 5 lbs this week. It's difficult because I dont eat very much already, yet I struggle to lose the weight. I suppose there's always stopping a meal all together. I don't eat breakfast, I drink a lot of coffee. I'm having broccoli and cauliflower for lunch today but I won't eat it all. I think I'll make a rule- no eating after 7pm. Then, once I'm used to that, I'll change it to no eating after 6 pm.

I have birthday cake in the fridge. Gonna give it away so I'm not tempted.

  1. I found that if you do eat breakfast you can go much longer without eating the rest of the day and then, just eat if you really need to (like if you're going to do some workout and need the energy) before 7pm...
    I have breakfast (can't do shit if I don't have at least coffee w/milk and some rice cake in me), then eat a little lunch (I kind of have to cause I eat lunch at work) and then I try not to eat anything else... Much of the times I fail at this, but I try to eat as little as possible then...
    You WILL loose more weight! I know you will... You just have to be patient and consider that you might be going into a plateau...

    I have tried to eat breakfast before but I literally can't stomach it. I also have to eat lunch at work, which is really difficult because I don't want to but there are people watching me, so I have to :( I rarely eat in the evening.

    I live on coffee!! Haha!
